Three years to process, alcohol-free variety has wheat notes, bready aroma
Introducing Draft Beer Jelly Belly, a beer-flavored variety paying homage to the manufacturer’s German ancestry. The Hefeweizen-inspired ale flavor, a highly-requested one among consumers for decades, took about three years to perfect, with a recipe featuring alcohol-free ingredients. An effervescent, crisp flavor is packed in a golden jelly bean with an iridescent finish, notes of wheat, a touch of sweetness and aroma described as mildly bready. The new flavor will be available the early part of this year.
