Environmentally friendly utensil holder uses less water, prevents bacteria growth
To coincide with World Water Day March 22 comes the rollout of ConserveWell service utensil holder, accommodating utensils above 140°F and keeping them safe from bacteria growth without use of perpetual flowing water. Dipper wells are used to rinse and protect service utensils against bacteria growth, but may use as much as 30 to 60 gallons of water per hour. The manufacturer worked closely with a national restaurant partner to develop ConserveWell to replace traditional dipper well perpetual-flow sinks.
