TULSA, Okla. -- Three fueling stations (two with car washes) located in high-traffic areas with easy access to I-244 in Tulsa, Okla., will be auctioned off early next month.
The properties will be sold at high bidder's choice at a live, on-site auction at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 at 3204 W. 45 St. S, Tulsa, Okla., conducted by AmeriBid.
The first, located at 3204 W. 45th St. S., is a micro Shell station with automatic car wash. The 0.38-acre, West Tulsa property has a traffic count of approximately 27,500+/- cars per day."The location alone should really spur the attention of anyone looking not just for fueling stations, but commercial real estate at high-traffic locations," said Matt Fisher, manager of operations at AmeriBid. "Buyers can come name their price for an opportunity to own any or all of these locations.”
Properties may be inspected during scheduled previews on Thursday, March 28, and Thursday, April 4.
