CLEARWATER, Fla. -- GSP Marketing Technologies Inc. (GSP), a leader in strategic marketing at the point of purchase, has announced that it has become one of fewer than 20 printers in the United States to achieve G7 Master Printer Qualification from IDEAlliance in both digital and screen-printing methods.

"Our G7 master qualification demonstrates our unparalleled investment in meeting the quick-service and convenience store industry's ongoing demand for best-in-class foodservice graphics. It enables us to provide our retail customers with a consistent brand image from one POP element to the next and from one promotional cycle to the next, without spending time and money on press proofs," said Elaine Scrima, GSP's director of operations.

G7 is a method for calibrating imaging devices to yield shared appearance between different printing devices and/or different print materials. Print buyers from major retailers and ad agencies around the world are turning to the G7 standard to ensure that their graphics providers can accurately reproduce their graphics without having to resort to onsite press checks or costly press proofs.

Clearwater, Fla.-based GSP Marketing Technologies is one of fewer than 500 printers in the world to earn the G7 Master qualification, it said.

"Both our Florida and Utah facilities have achieved the G7 Qualification in digital and screen-printing methods, ensuring that our clients will receive the very highest quality POP regardless of print method or production facility," added Elaine Scrima. "G7 will ensure consistency across multiple sign types and across multiple production runs. So, without sacrificing their budget, our retail customers can ensure that shoppers see a consistent representation of their offerings throughout their stores."

Alexandria, Va.-based IDEAlliance is a not-for-profit membership organization that has been a leader in information technology and publishing since 1966.
