We took a three-phase approachreplaced the point-of-sale with Palm POS, replaced the backoffice software with Windows-based Oasis Manager Workstation and converted the host to Retail Manager interfacing with Microsoft Great Plains.

Rockland, Mass.-based Tedeschi currently operates more than 210 c-stores in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. It has been using Pinnacle technology since 1998.
