Ready Training Online Acquires Service That Sells

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- Ready Training Online (RTO), a provider of online training for service-based industries, has acquired Pencom Press, Pencom International and the Service that Sells! brand from Pencom Inc, a leader in restaurant management and waitstaff training.
Service That Sells! offers off-line training products, which include a comprehensive set of restaurant management books, waitstaff training DVDs, and server training workbooks. The materials were developed by successful restaurant owners and managers and have been used by more than 25,000 independent and chain restaurants, bars, and hotels, as well as suppliers to the hospitality industry worldwide.

RTO has the ability to deliver our expert content in an easy-to-use, online format that will allow Service That Sells! to continue to be a staple in the restaurant industry's training programs," said Bill Asbury, owner, Pencom Inc.
RTO will leverage the Service that Sells! brand and content to provide world-class, unparalled online training to the restaurant industry. Training and other materials will continue to be available in DVD and book format as well.

Service That Sells! is a branded line of training solutions including books, workbooks and DVDs published by Pencom International, Denver. Pencom began publishing hospitality training products in 1983 under the Service That Sells! brand.
