Partners with OpenStore by GasBuddy for new marketing platform

ST. GEORGE, Utah -- Ernie's Stores of Utah has partnered with OpenStore by GasBuddy to reward customers with special discount and offers while driving in-store sales.

OpenStore is a complete digital marketing solution for convenience store owners, providing everything retailers need to bring customers to their stores. With OpenStore, Ernie's Stores now has the ability to reach drivers through a branded mobile app, individual store web pages, mobile coupons, and social media that include Facebook and Twitter.

Ernie's Stores was established in 2000 with the purchase of the Beaver Car & Truck Stop. The St. George, Utah-based company has expand into the retail gasoline industry with convenience store offerings, now with four locations.

Gaithersburg, Md.-based OpenStore by GasBuddy increases customer loyalty by providing much needed two-way communication between convenience store owners and customers using web technologies and custom branded mobile applications. The OpenStore dashboard makes it easy to collect customer feedback, to manage social media and to deliver mobile coupons and text message campaigns from one location.
