Lykins Buys Co-Alliance Bulk Plant

MILFORD, Ohio -- Lykins Cos. has purchased the bulk-plant division of Co-Alliance Energy’s petroleum business division based in Jackson, Ohio.
Co-Alliance is an Indiana-based energy and farm co-op company with locations in Ohio and Indiana. The new business will compliment, be managed and serviced from Lykins’ current Jackson, Ohio, bulk plant. The current staff at Co-Alliance will now be working for Lykins.

Lykins Cos. is a family owned and operated business headquartered in Milford, Ohio. The company was founded in 1948 by Guy Lykins Sr. and is now in the third generation of management. The company serves customers in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, as well as throughout the Midwest and the Southeast United States and provides five key services: branded fuels, wholesale fuels, commercial, transportation and home heating oil. The company represents five major gasoline brands: BP, Marathon, ExxonMobil, Shell and Clark.
