Couponing is the newest addition to the VeriFone Digital Network, or VNET. Following a 12-month pilot, the company is rolling out couponing to its PAYMEDIA customers. During the pilot, VeriFone saw a more than 10% coupon redemption rate, exceeding industry norms for freestanding inserts, according to the company. As part of the turnkey PAYMEDIA solution for c-store retailers, VNET delivers short-form video and digital coupons to eye-level, in-pump displays, engaging consumers actively involved in a purchase.
