SymphonyIRI Appoints New Leader of Retail Solutions
Grant brings leadership experience in retailer-manufacturer collaboration

CHICAGO -- SymphonyIRI Group Inc., a leader in innovative solutions and services for consumer, retail and healthcare companies, named Beverly A. Grant as president of Retail Solutions. She will report to Mark Parise, president of IRI, SymphonyIRI. Chicago.

She is the right leader to help us accelerate growth for our CPG and retail partners.”

Before joining SymphonyIRI, Grant spent 26 years at Procter & Gamble in various roles, including vice president, general manager and chief channel officer, North America Grocery Channel; and global business director of Beauty, Market Strategy and Planning, Food, Beverage and Pet Nutrition.
Most recently, she led Procter & Gamble’s $8.5 billion retail grocery business, which is a recognized leader in traditional retailer category management and the emerging discipline of shopper execution. Prior to Procter & Gamble, Grant also gained experience in the food and beverage channel at Kroger, as well as in the healthcare, oral care and beauty categories.

Grant is actively involved in multiple industry trade associations, serving on the Food Marketing Institute’s advisory board and the Industry Affairs and Trading Partner Alliance committees for the Grocery Manufacturers Association. In these positions, she has been instrumental in identifying and addressing issues of common interest between retailers and manufacturers in the rapidly evolving food channel.
Grant holds an executive Master of Arts degree from Webster University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee State University.
