This Saturday marks the beginning of the 2011 National Restaurant Association (NRA) Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show. For those who cannot attend, or if you're attending and want to see what you might have missed, Fare Digest will be tracking it all for you.

Follow @faremagazine on Twitter for real-time updates from the 2011 NRA Show.

[image-nocss]Last week, we asked you what type of trade-show coverage was most valuable to you. Fifty-four percent of you said new products are the most important type of coverage, followed by trends at 27%. So that's what we'll focus on as we tread the floor of McCormick Place in Chicago.

Then, in next week's Fare Digest we'll offer a complete wrap of the show's highlights.

For those of you who are attending, we've compiled a list of editors' picks from the show agenda:

Kitchen Innovations
See the winners of this year's Kitchen Innovations awards in the South Hall. These equipment pieces were chosen by an independent panel for their help in making foodservice operations run faster and more efficiently.

Food & Beverage Product Innovations Awards
An F&B equivalent to Kitchen Innovations, these inaugural winners will be on display in the North Hall, Booth #7129.

Commodity Price War Plan
