Chester's Opens Eight in April

New convenience store chicken locations debut in seven states, along with remodels

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Chester's International LLC opened eight new chicken locations inside convenience stores in April, partnering with retailers in Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, South Dakota and Texas.

"It is always exciting to see the Chester's brand grow," said Michael Matthews, regional operations manager for Chester's International. "More and more, operators are realizing the endless potential of food service sales. I believe our program will do a lot to grow the business of our newest partners."

Consumers can now find Chester's chicken at the following locations:

  • East Avenue Gas Station in Norwalk, Conn.
  • EZ Way in Bullard, Texas.
  • Friendly Express in Kingsland, Ga.
  • Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores in Salisbury, N.C.
  • Redfield Food Center in Redfield, S.D.
  • The Landing in Greenwood, Miss.
  • Quik Stop in Marmaduke, Ark.
  • Quik Stop in Blytheville, Ark.

In addition to eight new locations, Chester's customers can continue to enjoy their favorite menu items at the recently renovated B-Quick in Columbus, Miss., OM Foods in Townsend, Ga., and Sunoco Food Mart in Newburgh, N.Y., locations.

With Chester's bone-in chicken, tenders and boneless wings, Chester's newest locations serve a variety of Chester's signature side items including potato wedges, mashed potatoes and gravy, fried corn, macaroni and cheese and coleslaw, as well as Chester's dipping sauces.
