Offering free coffee, fountain drinks; donating portion of sub proceeds to charity
WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. -- Quick Chek, a privately owned, family-operated chain of more than 120 fresh food convenience store locations throughout New Jersey and southern New York, has announced the grand opening celebration of its newest location in Manchester, N.J., where it will offer customers free coffee, and kids under 5 feet tall free fountain drinks during the store's first 13 days in business, April 13 to April 25.
The new store will open to the public today, April 13, at 5 a.m. following a special Quick Chek Coffee Toast ceremony Monday, April 12, from 4:00 to 6:00 [image-nocss] p.m. Local officials, community members and store representatives will gather to grind, brew and pour the very first cup of Quick Chek's famous coffee known throughout its operating region for its 20-minute freshness guarantee.
Managed by store leader John Thompson, Quick Chek's new Manchester location will include its signature coffee bar, made-to-order fresh sub shop, soup bar offering a wide variety of choices daily, bakery items made fresh everyday, a no-fee ATM center and 16 fueling stations.
And, during its first 30 days of operation, from April 13 to May 12, Quick Chek will thank the local community for its warm welcome by donating 25 cents for every sub, sandwich and wrap sold to the Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Co.
