SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Hot Stuff Foods has rolled out a national advertising initiative with ESPN Radio; it began on Monday. We will be a very aggressive advertiser on ESPN and a sponsor of the popular Sport Center updates, said Hot Stuff Foods President/CEO Des Hague, who added that the initial spots will feature Hot Stuff's new perfectly portable Palm Pizza.

We are hitting our retailer partners' most critical drive time opportunities--breakfast and lunch drive times, he said.

Hague noted that the national spots will be heard by [image-nocss] more than eight million core convenience store customersmale, 18 to 49 year olds. Hot Stuff will be on three of the sports' networks most popular shows including Mike & Mike in the Morning, The Herd with Colin Cowherd and The Dan Patrick Show.

ESPN Radio is the largest sports radio network in the United States with over 700 affiliates, said Bob Merz, Hot Stuff executive vice president of marketing. Morning and lunch drive-times are the most listened-to dayparts, and we're sure to reach our Hot Stuff franchisees' core customers, driving more traffic into their stores and more and more rings at their cash registers.

Hague said this initiative will also be part of a total food solutions program, which will include the rollout of new portable food items and increased marketing efforts to be announced later.
