Beverage line expands with Cherry Limeade and Strawberry Watermelon
PRESTON, Wash. -- Sparkling ICE sparkling mountain spring water, part of the TalkingRain portfolio of beverages, has expanded its fast-growing, zero-calorie beverage brand with the addition of Cherry Limeade and Strawberry Watermelon. These two new flavors will debut in stores January 2014, expanding the brand's flavor portfolio to 11 great tasting, zero-calorie options.
Sparkling ICE Cherry Limeade introduces the sweetness of fresh cherries with a hint of tangy lime to round out the bold flavor, while Strawberry Watermelon joins together two juicy, seasonal favorites for a year-round taste of summer. Passionate about meeting consumer demand for zero-calorie, full-flavored sparkling beverages, TalkingRain dedicates extensive time and resources to consumer research and product development for each variety, taking pride in the flavor authenticity that stands above the competition.
"We are so pleased to present more offerings to our dedicated fans, and we are eager to tempt new consumers looking to make healthier choices with our bold-flavored, zero-calorie sparkling waters," said Kevin Klock, CEO of TalkingRain Beverage Co. "2013 was an exciting year for the brand, and as we kick off the new year, we look forward to continued success and growth for Sparkling ICE."
TalkingRain, which celebrated its 25th anniversary last year, attributes the company's recent and unprecedented growth to an increased focus on its Sparkling ICE brand. Sparkling ICE products were recognized in both the 2011 and 2012 IRI New Product Pacesetters reports, an industry-recognized benchmark analysis of exceptional CPG sales success. The brand also received recognition in Nielsen's "Breakthrough Innovation Awards" for 2013.
