PaySpot, Inc., a leading prepaid provider in the U.S., introduces a new service level program, called the PaySpot Promise. Defining PaySpot’s exceptional customer service in writing, the program guarantees clients eight basic service levels, including backing some of its promises with financial reimbursements.
- No PIN Stock Outages: PaySpot will always have stock on PINs or we will pay the merchant $10 each day that we are out.
- Instant PIN Refunds: PIN refunds will be processed instantly.
- ACH Accuracy: If a merchant’s account is mistakenly debited for more than it should be, we will rebate $20 from the merchant’s invoice total.
- Next Day Terminal Replacement: If a merchant’s terminal needs replacement, another terminal will be sent for next day delivery, or the merchant will receive a $10 rebate for each day they are without a terminal.
- Terminal Paper Supplies Reimbursed: PaySpot will pay for the paper supply of each terminal for the life of the agreement.
