Defining PaySpot’s exceptional customer service in writing, the program guarantees clients eight basic service levels, including backing some of its promises with financial reimbursements.
- No PIN Stock Outages: PaySpot will always have stock on PINs or we will pay the merchant $10 each day that we are out.
- Instant PIN Refunds: PIN refunds will be processed instantly.
- ACH Accuracy: If a merchant’s account is mistakenly debited for more than it should be, we will rebate $20 from the merchant’s invoice total.
- Next Day Terminal Replacement: If a merchant’s terminal needs replacement, another terminal will be sent for next day delivery, or the merchant will receive a $10 rebate for each day they are without a terminal.
