 The industry’s first and only daily news available for smart phones
OAK BROOK, Ill. -- CSP Information Group is pleased to announce the release of a mobile application for its award-winning convenience retailing industry e-newsletter, CSP Daily News. This industry-first app, powered by Handmark, is available across most major smart phones (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Palm webOS, Nokia S60 5th edition and Windows Mobile), as well as the Apple iPad (available in the fourth quarter). Customers using any of these mobile devices can download the app free now at www.cspnet.mobi or by texting "CSP" to 46275.
This new mobile app marks the first time that an industry e-newsletter is available in a format specifically designed to be delivered and read on smart phones. The app will allow users to browse headlines and read full articles both online and off. CSPTV, CSP's weekly online news video program, will also be available for viewing using the app. All articles and video segments can be e-mailed or shared via social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook.

Kendrick Oil division automates fuel inventory and invoice reconciliation
 LUBBOCK, Texas -- Hub City Convenience Stores Inc., a division of Kendrick Oil Co., has selected FuelQuest Inc.'s Fuel Management System (FMS) solution and services. Established in 2008, Hub City operates 22 convenience stores under the ConocoPhillips, Valero and ALON/FINA brands in Texas and New Mexico. The company will use FMS to automate its fuel inventory and invoice reconciliation processes improving operational efficiencies and increasing fuel margins.

Birlin is a 25-year veteran in consumer goods and has worked in the petroleum convenience channel on a national basis for the past 15 years building relationships with small- and large-sized chains.
